Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Vumatel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 25/02/2026 22:18. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (24/02/2026 @13:21):

Civil team has arrived and work has commenced, they will start to string the cable

 

Update (24/02/2026 @ 12:29):

Vumatel technicians still enroute to collect stock and bring to site

 

Update (24/02/2026 @ 11:14):

Vumatel technicians are enroute to collect stock

 

Update (24/02/2026 @ 10:01):

Awaiting civil/environmental team to arrive onsite to string 2x 144f SDSS cable for 150m.

 

Update (24/02/2026 @ 09:24):

Vumatel technicians are on site localising the fault.

 

Update (24/02/2026 @ 08:39):

Vumatel echnicians are currently attending to another site and will proceed to Meadowhurst Sector 1 once they have completed their work there.
