Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that the issue was not caused by the vendor. The Vumatel engineering team replaced the patch-lead from the MMR, which restored services, and levels are now within specification.

Vendor awaiting power results, they will arrange a team to go to site to investigate.

Vumatel technicians have identified low RX levels on the backhaul, which is causing degraded services/congestion. A case has been raised with the vendor to attend, and further updates will be provided.
