Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Splicing work is in progress, with 24 fibres completed. More updates to follow.

Vumatel technicians are onsite preparing the joints for splicing.. More updates to follow.

Vumatel technicians have completed preparation of the 144F. Incident is on hold and work will continue tomorrow morning.. More updates to follow.
