Kindly be advised that service is affected by a core break in the upstream provider's network. Investigations are being conducted regarding site restoration, no ETA shared yet. Further updates shall be provided as soon as its received.
Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating the cause and will share regular updates. There is no ETR at the moment.
