- Please note that LA technicians tested the link and found a disconnection at 11.5km from Sunninghill, they located the disconnection at Winnie Mandela Dr, Lone Hill, Sandton, 2068. They are busy assessing the damage and repairs will commence afterwards.
- Please note that LA technicians are working towards a resolution, more updates to follow.

Resolution: Re-spliced the broken fibre in a handhole.
No ETR at the moment.
