Update on 24 October 2019 at 13:12: The maintenance work in Lakeside area has been completed, All customers in the area should be experiencing normal network performance.
Please have all customers reboot their routers and test and confirm connection status.
We are aware that certain customers in the Lakeside area are experiencing degraded network performance during peak hours , as a result we are scheduling emergency network maintenance for today.

Reason : This is maintenance is scheduled to alleviate all congestion experienced in the affected area
During this time customers may experience intermittent to no connectivity
