Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 11/04/2026 @ 07:57. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Service recovery is currently underway and affected lines within the area are being brought back online gradually. Evotel teams are actively running configurations to ensure a smooth and stable return to full connectivity.

They appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and remain committed to completing the process as efficiently as possible.

The majority of clients have been restored. Our team is continuing repair work. Thank you for your patience during this downtime.

Repair work at these locations are ongoing. Evotel technical teams a Service recovery is currently underway and affected lines within the area are being brought back online gradually. Our teams are e fully committed and making every effort to reinstate services as quickly as they can.
