Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 07/02/2026 @ 07:55. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (06/02/2026 @ 20:11):

Evotel Technicians are going house to house reconnecting the last clients affecte by the outage. Our team will contact you directly if access to your property is necessary for repairs.Next update: 8AM. More updates to follow.
