Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 18/11/2025 @ 16:43. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues 

 

Update (18/11/2025 @10:58):  

The network disruption affecting the community has been attributed to an act of vandalism. Evotel technicians are currently on-site conducting splicing and completing the necessary repairs to restore services as swiftly and safely as possible.
