Evotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Majority clients have been restored and the team is working on the restoration of the remaining few.

Our team is still on the ground working on cable splicing to bring services back to all impacted clients. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to push for a full restoration.

Evotel team remains on site, prepping the joints and splicing cables as part of the ongoing efforts to restore connectivity to all affected clients.

Our team is currently in the process of addressing the issue. Service will be restored after thorough testing is completed and all safety checks have been verified by our technicians on the gound.

 

Update (12/08/2025 @19:49):

Technicians are actively working to replace the faulty cable. Re-connection will happen once all necessary tests have been completed and it is confirmed safe to restore service.

We are aware of the network outage affecting your internet connection and techs are awaiting the municipality to move their cable on site for repairs to commence.
