Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 31/01/2025 10:31. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

The team has returned back to site and repairs are in progress. We hope to restore connection soon.

Due to heavy weather conditions, there are delays on site. Repairs will resume tomorrow morning, once the weather permits. We will continue to keep the community informed of any progress.. More updates to follow.
