Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Rain is delaying the teams onsite. Vumatel technicians are currently waiting for the rain to subside then Wil continue preparing joints

 Stock arrived onsite, civil team in progress planting a new pole

Stock is on its way to site as well as another civil team to help string cable and plant a pole.

 Stock has been requested.

 Technicians have found the break to be a feeder cable that got cut when a tree fell due to strong winds. The team is assessing the stock needed to complete the break, and the stock will then be delivered to the site.

 Technicians are on site localising the fault.
