 Technicians, together with KWCE is following up with the relevant parties regarding the wayleave. Unfortunately, no feedback has been provided to the teams yet.

The wayleave is still awaiting signoff from the counsel. KWCE will continue to follow up regarding the matter to get approval completed as soon as possible.

KWCE together with the counsel member is following up on the wayleave approval.

 KWCE has requested assistance from the counsel member to have the wayleave expedited. The teams are continuously following up on feedback.

Unfortunately, there has been no confirmation on when the wayleave will be approved. Teams are constantly following up with KWCE and will advise as soon as the wayleave has been received.

Vumatel technicians will be following up regarding the wayleave and will provide feedback as soon as they have met with KWCE.

There has been no concrete feedback on the wayleave as yet. Technicians are constantly following up with KWCE regarding the progress. The teams will be able to provide further updates again on 18 May 2026, due to the weekends shutdown for applications.

 The emergency wayleave request has been submitted with KWCE. KWCE has advised that the wayleave approval could take up to 7 days to be approved. The Vumatel team will continue to follow up to try get the approval done sooner.

 Repairs are on hold as wayleave and permit approval to work onsite is still pending. An emergency wayleave request has been submitted, and the team will meet with the KWCE representative to emphasize the urgency of the application.

Repairs on hold till Monday as the equipment needed for resolution is being sourced. We are waiting on stock and a civils team to be available before we can work.
