Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Vumatel Technicians are done testing from the OLT, now they need to test from the clients side.

Vumatel has advised that OLTs are migrated but the circuits have not been ceded to Vumatel. They advise that circuits need to be logged with DFA by Vodacom as they are not able to reports faults on the circuits. Awaiting further feedback from operations.

Vumatel has advised that the Circuit testing down has been logged with their vendor, awaiting the refs to be confirmed as well as the ETA.
