Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

 Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 23/03/2026 10:09. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

The Evotel team will be returning on site this morning to resume repair work on the affected lines. The team will also continue with troubleshooting and restoration efforts to ensure services are fully stabilised as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work diligently to resolve the matter.

Splicing to restore the connection is ongoing. Evotel is currently anticipate reconnection late tonight. Thank you for your patience during this downtime. We will keep the community updated.
