Please be advised that the upstream provider's core team attempted to implement a traffic reroute; however, the reroute was unsuccessful.
The matter has been escalated to their core team for further investigation. However, please rest assured that the issue is being treated with the utmost urgency. We will share further updates as soon as they become available.

Please be informed that our engineering team has reported that the Pretoria Core switch is currently down. This issue has been escalated to our core network team for urgent investigation.
