Update : Mon 2022/01/24 12:20 : Octotel engineers have started preparing to replace and install new fibre infrastructure. Our engineers are onsite ready to repair the cables once the floating has been completed. Customer links will systematically restore as progress is made

Update : Mon 2022/01/24 11:10 :  Octotel engineers have identified the location of the cable break which has been damaged by an independent electrical contractor trenching in the area.
Octotel engineers are inspecting the damaged cabling on site and preparing to repair. No eta at this time.
