Frogfoot technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

-- Logged to layer 1 vendor
-- FF team arrived on site to investigate and found that council has dug up a portion of the fibre, Fault has been referred to vendor.
-- Vendor has acknowledged fault further updates to follow.
-- Vendor has advised that they are awaiting feedback from the region regarding ETA.
-- Feedback has been requested from vendor further updates to follow.
-- Incident has been escalated to vendor management team for progressive feedback
-- Teams are checking the RX and TX levels. More updates to follow
