Vumatel technicians found a sync fault with the onsite switches. They are busy working with the vendor to resolve the fault.

Vumatel technicians are struggling to gain access to the POP due to the access control being faulty. Additional resources are enroute to assist with bypassing the access control.

Vumatel technicians have arrived on site and found that there is no power in the area. They are making a plan to access the POP to continue working on restoring the services.

Power to site has been restored however site remains down. As per investigation done by Active engineer the switches need to be looked into as they are unreachable. Techs will investigate first thing in the morning due to safety reasons.
