DNAtel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
DNAtel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

The new cables have been installed, and our splicing team is now starting with the splicing process. At this stage, no ETA is available. There is still a lot of work required before the link can be fully restored. Our teams are on site.

The Fibre teams are expected to complete the new cable installation within the next 3 hours. Once that is done, splicing will commence.

The team is onsite investigating & preparing for repairs.

We have identified the fault — the cable was completely severed. A new cable installation and full resplicing are required.
At this time, no ETA is available. Please note that this is a major repair and will take time to complete.
