Area/s affected: Customers on Vumatel Trenched / Vumatel Active Ethernet in Johannesburg
Fibre Networks affected: Vumatel (Trenched)
Suspect Impact: Customers on Vumatel Trenched fibre (customers with a Raycore Vumatel CPE / Vumatel Active Ethernet) in the above areas will experience no connectivity.
Cool Ideas network engineers are currently investigating.
There currently no ETR.
