-- Logged to layer 1 vendor and FF Maintenance for investigation
-- Power issue confirmed on site, vendor teams have started backup generator to restore power
-- Technicians are busy investigating links which remain down
-- Vendor teams have identified a faulty Line Card on equipment, techs are en route to pick up necessary stock. ETA 15:00
-- Escalated with vendor management for the latest progressive update
-- Vendor teams replaced faulty card to restore services, outage resolved
