Openserve is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Johannesburg
Impact:  Customers may experience slow/intermittent connectivity during peak times.

Openserve technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update 28/06/2024 15:35pm:
Port is back up and issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Update 28/06/2024 12:00pm:
The one connection  is still currently down. Techs are working to restore services. More updates to follow.

Update 27/06/2024 15:30pm:
One of our connections with Openserve in Johannesburg has gone down.
The other two are still up ,however traffic peaks at an average just below the max for one link.
This will likely lead to some loss during peak hours as microbursts of traffic reach the maximum throughput on the interconnect.
