Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Metro Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 10/06/2026 @18:57. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (10/06/2026 @11:51): 

Metro Fibre estimate that it will take approximately 12 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused by municipal works.
