Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Areas: 

  • Isipingo Rail
  • Willowcreek Place

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Metrofibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 03/05/2026 @ 17:11. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

Metrofibre estimates that it will take approximately 9 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused by vandalism.
