Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (17/03/2026 @ 09:21):

Metrofibre technicians estimate that it will take approximately 11 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused by vandalism.
