Zoom Fibre understand that the clients are frustrated, and we would like to thank everyone for their patience while we work tirelessly to restore all affected services.
Unfortunately, after the Maintenance team completed the splicing of the initial fibre break, it was discovered that there is an additional fibre break/s, which may be affecting the same clients as well as other clients in the area.
The Maintenance team is currently on site investigating the newly identified fibre break and working to restore services as quickly as possible
