Update (20/07/2026 @14:21):
Zoom Fibre technical teams have made good progress with the ongoing restoration efforts, with 78 cases resolved so far.
There are currently 15 aged cases that are being prioritised, along with 15 cases logged over the weekend and 19 new cases logged today.
Please note that the remaining faults require individual fibre tracing, which is a more time-consuming process. While steady progress is being made,
there is still a fair amount of work to be completed on site before all affected services can be restored
