Open fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s:Hebron Mall

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Open fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

OpenFibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 23/11/2025 19:51. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update: (23/11/2025 19:21)

Kindly note that Openfibre teams had to leave the site due to a security risk. They are awaiting the arrival of security to continue repairs. No ETA for arrival has been provided as yet; however, it will be shared once confirmed and teams are en-route
