Vumatel technicians confirmed that this is an upstream issue. Their vendor's technicians will be on site at 15:00.
There is still no ETR at this stage, but Vumatel's team will share one as soon as they have it.
Update (15-01-2024 @ 16:07): Vumatel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 14-01-2024 @ 07:16. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.
