Openfibre - Kindly be advised that the call has
been escalated to our executive team who are treating this with the highest
priority. The estimated restoration date for service disruption is
expected to be today, 07/05/2024 however an exact time has not been shared yet.

Openfibre - The matter has been escalated to the Executive Team who are equally pushing to have services restored ASAP.
The upstream provider's core team is still working on the re-route options. No ETR has been shared. We will continue to provide progressive updates
Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
