Floating team is busy exposing on the side of the HH so they can repair ducts to float replacement cables.  Total ETR 12 HOURS

Vendor Floater are on-site, preparing to start with repairs

Vendor technicians are still on-site testing

We are following up with the fibre provider on the progress of the fault and will share progressive feedback as soon as possible.  

Update (12/12/2025 @ 21:12):

Vendor technicians are on site and currently localizing the issue  

 

Update (12/12/2025 @ 20:24):

The vendor has acknowledged the case and will address the fault. Further updates will be provided as they become available  

 

Update (12/12/2025 @ 19:03):

Vendor technicians have been notified about the outage, awaiting ETA confirmation.
