The teams have been to site and detected that the damage was caused by City Power who excavated ducting.

The teams are currently on site and repairs have commenced. We have received an ETR of 06:00 12/07/2024. However, due to extensive damage detected whilst repairs were underway, additional resources are required to complete the repairs. A new ETR has been
shared of 16:00 PM. We are continuously following up to ensure that the link is restored as soon as possible. We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, due to the extent of the damages that were not previously known, has delayed the
repairs significantly.
