Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

Update (07/10/2025 07:39):

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 06/10/2025 08:33. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (06/10/2025 @ 07:08):

Engineers have identified and have temporarily remediated the issue onsite.

Services are at risk, but Octotel is scheduling emergency maintenance later today to remove the temporary remediation and restore the node to the standard set by Octotel

 

Update (06/10/2025 @ 07:08): 

Technicians have arrived onsite and are proceeding with investigations.

Kindly await further updates.

 

Update (06/10/2025 @ 05:18): 

 Technicians were unable to gain access to the site.

Site access will only be available from 07:00 AM, to continue investigations.
