OpenFibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 11/11/2025 @ 16:31. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

The Openfibre maintenance team has been to the node and tested a disconnection of 0.027 KM along the link. The teams are currently localizing, further updates will be shared.

Kindly note we are still pending a ETA from the upstream provider , however we have escalated this matter and awaiting further communications.. More updates to follow.
