Layer_2 Major Outage: A DFA CORE Link (NFA31-0000266) between Teraco_Riverhorse and Stanger is down and has brought down the Over 6500 DWM Network between Teraco_Riverhorse and Mtunzini. Multiple Layer 2 services are affected. More updates to follow
