Kindly note that technicians are on site busy localizing the fault, no ETR has been shared as of yet but we will keep following up with the vendor to get more updates

The upstream provider advised that they are currently experiencing a major outage in the Mpumalanga area. The teams are currently working on it no ETR has been provided yet.
