OpenFibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

OpenFibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.


Latest Update @13/12/2023 @12:15: This issue has been resolved. Please restart your fibre devices and log a ticket with our Support team should you continue to experience issues. Thank you for your patience.

Update (12/12/2023 17:25): Openfibre, Kindly be advised that trying to get a team to replace the rectifier, however technicians are unable to commit to any ETR at the moment as they are still trying to source team to get to site for replacement of rectifier, further updates shall be provided
as soon as its received.

Update (12/12/2023 18:23): Openfibre, It has been confirmed that many of the faults have been attended to but unfortunately there is a power related issue at one of the sites, resulting in the service remaining down.
