Update (12/10/2023 08:50): Metrofibre technicians are still busy with the fibre repair in Emalahleni. Estimated time of repair is 13/10 at 14:00
Update (11/10/2023 @14:13): Kindly note the issue is caused by a fibre break and Metro fibre technicians are doing everything they can to rectify this issue as quickly as possible.
They estimate the ETR is approximately 48 hours to repair, of course this could change depending on the extent of the damage, but they doing everything we can to restore services.
