Please note the incident has been escalated to the ROC Supervisor on duty for feedback from Regional coordinator and maintenance team. There is no ETR at the moment.

We are following up with the fibre provider on the progress of the fault and will share progressive feedback as soon as possible. No ETR at the moment.
