Vumatel has scheduled the following planned maintenance:

End Date & Time: 23-08-2024 @ 03:00
Duration: 4 hours
Affected Area: Edendale Zone 1, Pietermaritzburg
Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity at some point during maintenance.

We would like to inform you that the changes for this project have been successfully completed and we will now be monitoring the port utilization and performance.

Unfortunately, the scheduled change could not proceed as planned since the backhaul links were reported as down. The links were restored after the change window therefore the change has been re-scheduled to tonight, 22 August 2024 at 23:00.

The change was unfortunately not completed successfully as there was a hurdle encountered with the switches in the stack.
Upon further investigation, a solution was found for the issue experienced, and a re-attempt of the change will now be scheduled for 21 August 2024 at 23:00.
