FMAS Network is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

FMAS Network technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (03/06/2026 10:53):  

 The outage has been resolved. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

 

Update (29/05/2026 @ 09:48):

 Link is up.Some clients on certain streets are still affected by high fibre levels. Team is currently onsite working to resolve the issue. No ETR. Updates to follow. 

 

Update (28/05/2026 @16:49):

 Services are offline, affecting some clients on certain streets due to high fibre levels. A FMAS technician will attend to this tomorrow. No ETR. 

 

Update (27/05/2026 @18:29):

Services are still offline, affecting some clients due to high fibre levels. A technician will attend to this tomorrow. No ETR.

 

Update (27/05/2026 @ 11:10):

 Link is down due to high fibre levels. Matter is being logged with the Upstream Provider. Updates to follow.
