Contractors have located the disconnection, which was caused by the municipality installing new water lines. Team is on the ground assessing the damage and working on the restoration plan.

Contractors have identified a disconnection on the fibre line approximately 1.5 km from site. Teams are currently on the ground tracing the line to determine the root cause of the outage; therefore, an ETR cannot be provided at this stage.
