Impact: Customers may experience no/slow/intermittent connectivity.

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on  22-06-2024 @ 16:15. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Engineers are observing traffic to be flowing over the primary link.

Services are active over the failover link but remain at risk.
Customers may experience degraded performance whilst in this configuration.

Engineers are monitoring for stability.

The primary link has been testing stable since 14:00pm.
