There’s currently a building container directly on top of the manhole that the techs need to work in. Builders were supposed to move remove it yesterday, ETA to follow soon.

Techs got the slack pulled from both sides and floated the new cable in between the manholes,we have prepped one side and brought the cable into the joint on the other side.
