Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers will experience no connectivity.

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.


Update 24/07/2023 @16:10: Metro Fibre Technicians are working tirelessly to restore services and we will keep you updated on their progress, they have estimated that it will take approximately 06 Hours to repair. 
Of course, this could change depending on the extent of the damage, but they are doing everything they can to restore services.


Update 21/07/2023 @22:00: Metro Fibre technicians are returned to attend to additional fibre breaks found along our network in Durban South, the current ETR was 08:00 22/07/2023
