Open Fibre upstream vendor's technicians are currently on-site and attending to the damage. We have been provided with an ETR of 18:00. This may change if further breaks are discovered. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them.

The previously provided ETA of 16:45 is still on track with our upstream vendor.
Further updates regarding their progress will be shared once available

A fibre break has been confirmed with one of our upstream vendors. The provided ETA of their technicians is today at 16:45.
Once the initial assessment is done, an ETR will be provided
Update (14/12/2025 @09:28):
An ETA of 10:30 has been provided for a technician to arrive on-site. Once the fault is confirmed an ETR will be provided.
