OpenFibre have not received a revised ETA, however they have been informed that the next available DFA team will attend. They will continue to stay on our upstream provider for updates and will share them here with us as they receive them.

Kindly note that Open Fibre technicians have been notified to attend to the fault.
They have provided us with an ETA of 08/04/2026 10:00 and we have requested a revied ETA.
