Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Vumatel technicians advised they are following up with the fibre provider on the progress of the fault and will share progressive progress as soon as possible.

Vumatel technicians advised links is currently on -25.47dBm and -16.38 respectively on the direct Fibre causing high losses, Vendor notified.

Vumatel technicians advised circuits logged with the  vendor team, updates will be shared once received.

Vumatel technicians are actively engaging with the fibre provider on the fault and will share progress updates as soon as possible.

Vumatel technicians escalated to the region for investigation.
