Octotel have confirmed a fibre break

The roads that are currently affected in the CBD are as follows:

Constitutional Street
Harrington St
Commercial Street
Zonnebloem

Building: Skyways

Damage to the Octotel infrastructure are more extensive than originally anticipated which will be repaired and replaced this morning. All effort will be made to have this damage repaired as soon as possible. They are working towards getting all connections restored by 2pm today however will provide further updates on the progress throughout.
